Refund & Returns Policy

At Baby Dwelling USA, we hope you love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we do offer a returns and refund policy under the conditions outlined below.


1. General Policy

  • Refunds, exchanges, or store credit are available on full-priced items purchased directly from www.babydwelling.com.
  • Sale items (purchased during markdowns or promotional sale periods) are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless defective.
  • Welcome codes, one-time vouchers, or subscriber discounts are not considered “sale” items and remain eligible for returns.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be purchased at full price.
  • You must request a return within 14 days of delivery. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and included accessories (e.g., carrier bag, manuals) must be intact.
  • Used or damaged products (unless defective) will not be accepted.

3. U.S. Returns Process

  1. Submit your return request to returns@babydwelling.com with your order number.
  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions and a prepaid return label (if applicable).
  3. Return shipping fees:
    • Refunds & store credits: $10 flat fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
    • Exchanges: $10 return label fee, but replacement items will ship free of charge.
    • Faulty or incorrect items: free returns.
  4. Securely pack your item(s) with the return form included.
  5. Once inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing.

4. International Returns

  • We currently accept international returns; however, exchanges are not available due to shipping timeframes.
  • Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds are processed in USD and to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 10–14 business days for refunds to appear after inspection.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift Cards cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
  • Customized or personalized items (e.g., embroidered initials) are final sale unless defective.

6. Damages & Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 dayswith photos and your order number at support@babydwelling.com.
  • We will evaluate and organize a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost.

7. Warranty Coverage

  • Baby carriers are covered under a 12-month warranty from delivery date.
  • Accessories (bags, pouches, etc.) are covered under a 6-month warranty.
  • Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects under normal use.
  • Warranty does not cover damage from general wear and tear, misuse, or alterations.
  • Items purchased from authorized third-party retailers must be returned through that retailer.

Process:

  1. Email support@babydwelling.com with your full name, order number, photos, and description of the issue.
  2. Our quality control team will assess the item.
  3. If approved, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

8. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing times vary by bank or credit card provider.

9. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are processed through the return system.
  • State clearly which product you wish to exchange for.
  • If the new item costs more, you will be invoiced for the difference; if it costs less, a partial refund will be issued.
