- We accept major U.S. credit/debit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout.
- All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

8. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Delivery timelines provided are estimates only; delays may occur.
- Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery by the carrier.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes unless specified at checkout.
9. Returns & Exchanges
- You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (shipping fees are non-refundable).
- Personalized or custom items (e.g., products with embroidered initials) are final sale unless defective.
- To start a return, contact returns@babydwelling.com with your order number.
10. Gift Cards & Store Credit
- Valid for 3 years from date of purchase.
- Redeemable only on www.babydwelling.com.
- Non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.
- Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.
11. Promotional Codes & Discounts
- One code per transaction.
- Cannot be combined with other offers or applied retroactively.
- Must be used before the expiration date specified in promotional materials.
- Baby Dwelling USA reserves the right to cancel promotions at any time.
12. Product Descriptions & Accuracy
